Mp Announces Medical Cover for Private Workers Too

A welcome move and a morale booster
GGovernment of Madhya Pradesh has announced Rs 50 lakh insurance for private doctors and medical workers directly engaged in the fight against Coronavirus. Earlier, the government had announced the facility only for government medical workers.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan made this announcement on Saturday during the video conference in the request of private doctors to prevent Corona infection. The Chief Minister thanked the private doctors for their encouragement and cooperation in the battle against Corona infection.
MP has started production of PPE kits natively in Pithampur along with Budhni in the state itself. He said that the Health department will list it on the basis of demand and availability.
In another big relief to the farmers Crop Loan Scheme on zero percent interest rate, which was in implementation in the previous years will be continued in the year 2020-21 also to provide crop loans to the farmers.
The government has also decided to extend the repayment date of the crop loan given to the farmers at zero percent interest rate during the agricultural year 2018-19 through Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Societies, from March 28 to May 31, 2020, for the convenience of farmers.
