WHO: “The worst is yet to come” in the Coronavirus Pandemic

The coronavirus pandemic is going to get worse, the World Health Organization warned on Monday. “Without national unity and global solidarity, trust us, the worst is yet ahead of us,” WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said. “Let’s prevent this tragedy. It’s a virus that many people still don’t understand.” The virus has infected more than 2.4 million people and killed over 167,000. WHO’s warning comes as nations like Germany and Norway have started easing restrictions put in place to fight the outbreak. Tedros didn’t go into details about what could lie ahead, but he did point to politics as a reason for potentially worsening conditions. Tedros said. “It’s the political problem that may fuel further this pandemic,” Pushing politics amid the pandemic “is like playing with fire,” he added. Shivraj Singh Chouhan takes oath as 19th CM of Madhya Pradesh

“The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh” BJP veteran and fondly known as Mama Ji, Shivraj Singh Chouhan was sworn in as Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh on Monday, days after the Congress government of Kamal Nath fell after losing its majority. Shivraj Singh Chouhan took oath for the fourth time as Chief Minister. The oaths of post and confidentiality were administered by the governor Lal Ji Tandon. Coronavirus is spreading as fast in the businesses as it is affecting humans. As containment is of the virus remains a threat, global business in China are either closing stores or scaling down operations.   The  origins   of the virus are yet to be determined as Chinese authorities remain tight-lipped and have gripped well over 7,000 in China and the global count is over 30,000  people . Global supply chain is disrupted as airlines are suspending flights and container ships are being stopped and checked, as China increases  restrictions .
